Welcome to the Stone on 30th, a USC Alumni-owned property! Located just two blocks north of USC’s campus, this classic Spanish building has been a home away from home for USC students for years. This newly remodeled building has a completely modern interior design. With beautiful white custom-made cabinets, remodeled kitchens, remodeled bathrooms, wood vinyl plank flooring, and a clean, open white finishes, you will find comfort in your off-campus apartment. An open floor plan and large private bedrooms give you and your roommates the perfect balance between a quiet study space and common areas to relax after a long day of school. Between all the apartments and homes, we have a tranquil outdoor patio with a gas barbecue, tables, and chairs for you to meet other amazing USC students in this creative community.

First, please fill out a leasing inquiry under the “contact us” section or call CleasStone at (818) 997-3040! or email at info@clearstonepm.com
From here, you will meet with our leasing manager, who can answer any and all questions you may have. The leasing manager will provide you with all leasing documents, including a Student Application and a parental guarantee. The Parental Guarantee must be completely filled out and notarized before you send it back. Once all documents are completed and you’ve met with the manager at ClearStone and you’ve been approved, you send in your deposit. Once all documents and the deposit has been received, you are ready to sign your lease!

The apartments are mostly furnished. All units come with mostly queen-size beds, desks, chairs, dining room tables and chairs, or islands and high bar chairs for dining. However, furnishing is available upon request!

The property is a security building and is located in the safest area of USC. It is within the DPS and CSC-protected 2-mile perimeter. Only current tenants have access to the main entry doors and gates. In addition, we have 24-hour surveillance cameras that are visible around the entire property!
Stone on 30th is in the free Lyft zone radius, so you never have to pay for rides!

Absolutely. We encourage students to come in ready with their roommates, but we are happy to assist in finding you roommates.

The owner pays for water and sanitation. Tenants are responsible for gas, electricity, and internet.
Spectrum gives a great student discount for internet, and utilities are reasonable, plus they are shared with roommates.

We have a lovely patio area equipped with a gas BBQ, dining table, and chairs that are perfect for you and your roommates. We also have bike racks available for your convenience.

All tenants sign the House Rules document that states quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM-9 AM on weekends. All our tenants are kind, respectful, and we never have any noise issues.

Yes. We have industrial-size washers & dryers, and you pay through the CSC phone app, where you can pay with a credit/debit card. With how small our community is, you will never have to wait for laundry!

Units have one walk-in or have two walk-in closets! In addition, each room is equipped with individual heating and A/C. The bathrooms are well-sized and have plenty of space to store all your essentials. The kitchen in each unit is a student’s dream space, with ample storage, some with spacious pantries or big linen closets that are easy for organization, new appliances, and lots of counter space! The living rooms are large with space for a comfy couch, TV, and entertainment set! The apartments have been remodeled with all new kitchens, new bathrooms, custom-made cabinetry, high-quality quartz, vinyl plank flooring, tile, and best of all, designed for students to have the perfect home while attending USC!

Rawlinson Stadium
A new home for top programs

The $38 million Rawlinson Stadium project will be completed by next year. Upon its completion, the facility will have 2,200 fixed seats with a total capacity of 2,500 for game days, as well as spectator viewing decks and social spaces. For the players, the stadium will have separate locker rooms for the soccer and lacrosse teams, as well as a team meeting area, sports medicine space, nutrition fueling bar, and a locker room and meeting space for coaches. The venue will also feature field lights and a natural grass playing surface.
“Our student-athletes are the best of the best; they have big goals and they have big dreams, and it’s our responsibility here at USC to give them the resources to reach their full potential,” Cohen said.
